A professional landscape designer will conduct an on-site consultation, and provide you with different design package options dependent on your needs. This service is best for those who are looking for professionally made, functional design plans or those who need to submit designs to their HOAs.
Design Inspiration uses AI to help visualize different plant pallets in your landscape. The inspiration images are conceptual in nature, and help you explore different plant pallets. This option still gives you a full plant list of each plant recipe, and gives guidance on plant care. This service is best for those who are looking for conceptual design plans, and are primarily looking to explore different planting options.

Yes! All Design Desk packages are made by Chesney, a certified landscape designer from our sister company, Alpine Gardens.
Chesney has been a part of the team since 2016, having worked at both Fossil Creek Nursery and Alpine Gardens in many different positions over the years - giving her an unmatched understanding of your landscaping needs.
She holds a B.S. from CSU in Environmental Horticulture (with an emphasis in Landscape Design and Contracting), and is a certified Colorado Certified Nursery Professional (CCNP, 2019) and Sustainable Landscape Management expert (SLM, 2023). Highly creative, Chesney loves collaborating with clients to design outdoor living spaces that are as sustainable as they are beautiful.

Hardscaping is the use on non-living, man-made structures in your landscape. Think of it as the non-plant portion of your landscape. Examples are patios, pavers, walkways, firepits, retaining walls, water features, pergolas, fountains, and more.
Hardscape elements may need permits, engineering plans, or additional HOA permissions to build.
