Which Team Is Right For You?
At Fossil Creek Nursery, we offer two unique teams where you can grow your skills and passion for plants. Whether you enjoy working directly with customers or prefer a more hands-on role behind the scenes, there's a place for you here!
Production & Wholesale
Our Wholesale team supports professional landscapers by preparing and supplying the plants and materials they need for their projects. This role is perfect for those who love working outdoors and getting up close with plants. Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and organizing plant orders for landscape professionals
- Tending to plants and maintaining the nursery yard
- Assisting with deliveries and installations
- Loading and unloading trucks to ensure orders are ready to go
If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and working with a team to keep things running smoothly, Wholesale might be the perfect fit for you!
Retail & Sales
If you love helping people and sharing your plant knowledge, our Retail team is a great fit! This division is similar to traditional retail, but with the added joy of working with plants and educating customers. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers in selecting the right plants for their needs
- Providing guidance on plant care and gardening techniques
- Operating the register and handling purchases
- Merchandising and maintaining the store’s displays
- Tending to plants and ensuring the nursery remains inviting and organized
This role offers a balance of hands-on plant care and customer interaction, making it ideal for those who enjoy both education and sales.
